Introduction

I will never forget the time when I saw this number – 142lb; what I think is I should be getting start to on diet!!
I cannot image if I becoming fatter and fatter!

When I was 18years old, I was 122lb only and 6 years passed by I am 142lb now!!!
I cannot believe it!!What a crazy number increase in my life!!

The reason why I would like to type this dairy in English but not Chinese, since I am working in an American based company which insists everyone can use the fluent English very well! Practice make prefect, isn’t it!? (I will not type the food name in English; it is very hard to translate.)

Things I have to do when I on diet
- Keeping away from McDonald/KFC and the other Fast food shop!
- Keeping away from Lemon tea and other soft drink which is really unhealthy.
- 8 glasses of water per day is at least!
- To do some exercise to keep the body warm and health.
- Keep dining at home but not outside!

The coming week schedule
07DEC – Haircut and dinner with friend
08DEC – Dinner with friend
09DEC – N/A
10DEC – N/A
11DEC – Watch movie “9” and dinner with friend
12DEC – N/A
13DEC – Ocean Park (Not confirmed)

I have to pay attention on the date which I have to dinner outside!
No steak, No junk food, No oil and No dessert, etc.
Hope that I can reach 130Lb before the end of this year!

Diet diary will be starting on tomorrow!

Have a nice haircut and dinner tonight but my friend.
A poor girl got the ugly haircut!!God bless her!

A lot of work is waiting for me to get start; it is not easy to finish.
Anyway, I will try my best to clear it all.
I have had a nice dinner and a haircut tonight but my friend got the ugly haircut by the rubbish stylish!

My meal plan today:
Breakfast: 蕃茄公仔麵半個 + 蟹柳炒蛋半份 + 楊光檸檬茶(大包) x 1
Snacks: 朱古力手指餅x10條(應該有)
Lunch: 豐富午餐盒一份 (真係飽到無人有) + 楊光檸檬茶(大包) x 1
Snacks: NIL
dinner: 牛丸墨丸米線 ( 食晒d丸+ 1/3 碗米) + 凍檸茶 x 1
Snacks: 楊光檸檬茶(大包) x 1


I am really getting crazy on Lemon Tea….-___-
Trying to remind myself does not drink the lemon tea too much but always fail.
The first thing if I really want to get lost my weight, I have to takes it away!

Total use today (without the fee of transportation)
HKD 5.2 X 2 – Lemon Tea - OK
HKD 6.5 x 1 – Lemon Tea – 7-11
HKD 12 x 1 – Weekend weekly – 7-11
HKD100 x 1 – Dinner (pay for all)
HKD450 x 1 – Clothes (total for 3)
HKD562 +6.5 +10.4 = HKD 578.9

I am so poor now….

Ai...The JPY is keeping up...>__<

頂唔順, 宣佈投降。
感冒+鼻水倒流+氣管敏感已經令我成個人死晒,再打英文我會癲。

今日都食左唔少野,越係病就越係想食違禁品…
仲要今日先知原來氣管敏感係唔食得朱古力,仲等我平時食得咁開心-__-

早: 蕃茄公仔麵半個(會嘗試建議媽媽將早餐改為瘦肉麥皮小半碗/其他)
Snack: 早輪食淨既小多士三數塊 + 朱古力手指餅 (約十條)
我要將公司既零食搬返晒返屋企先得!!!>_<
一無野做就想食想食, 唔肥就有鬼啦>__<!
午: 屋企飽死你飯盒一個…
(聽日個飯盒執左全部都係素食無肉,不過媽媽今期煮野好多油…
都係同佢講聲叫佢水煮好d-___-)
Snack: 甜到你死五星酒店cheesecake一件 + coke light 1枝
晚: 金鐘榮式肉醬雞扒飯 (半碟到啦) + 凍檸茶一杯


由金鐘行到落銅鑼灣,我諗都幾夠運動量-___-
等病好就要正式開始做運動喇!!
諗緊去唔去工聯會學個d boxing,但我又有張某健身室3個月免費試用喎!
點算好呢!?

試下聽日一日全日都食素會點先=p
(其實都唔會淨素唔肉,媽媽煮既野好多時唔覺唔覺都有瘦肉係度~
不過為免自己真係成為同類之一,真係食少d好!)
